The Body Mind Wisdom 9-week program is a simple yet profound journey to living a happier life.
Imagine that you could be in a place where stress had less impact on your interactions with partners, loved ones, friends, and colleagues. You don't worry as much, and you were able to express yourself truthfully. The life circumstances didn't necessarily change, but your reactions to it did. Sounds like a dream come true, doesn't it!
Using movement, mindfulness practices, and meditation, this program offers you the tools to make it happen.
Over 9 weeks of theme based enquiry, you will be guided to deeper wisdom via your breath and body in a supported group environment. The community we create in our group offers us the opportunity to practice deep listening and to be heard speaking our truths.
The program is supported with a daily home practice guide and instructional recordings, and includes a 5-hour silent retreat. Commitment to attending all of the sessions is necessary. Limited class size.

DO I HAVE TO BRING ANY EQUIPMENT WITH ME?
Covid-19 protocols required us to remove all props from the studio.
Please bring your yoga mat, a blanket, pillows /bolster for sitting, and dress in layers. If you do not have any props please let me know.
HOW IS BODY MIND WISDOM DIFFERENT FROM OTHER CLASSES?
Most yoga classes focus on poses, posture and alignment, and the only person talking is the teacher.
Experiential in nature, the movement in this class is an opportunity for you to go within and deeply listen to your body. You are guided through the experience and invited to share your experience in a sharing circle. You do not have to speak if you do not wish to.
DO YOU CHARGE EXTRA FOR THE SILENT RETREAT?
The 5 hour silent retreat takes place in the middle of the program from 5pm-10pm and the cost is included in the program fee. However, you are asked to bring a dish to share at to our potluck. This food is your contribution to the event.
