Free class / photo shoot

You are receiving this invitation as someone that I want to go on this journey of cameras and yoga mats with!

Please join me in my first ever photo shoot! I am making some updates to my website and would like to feature authentic shots of me facilitating some lovely high vibe folks. I would never bring a photographer and camera in to a regular yoga therapy class or therapeutic setting so this is my solution. You get a class, I get some photos. win win!

For those who have particpated in my From Stress to Ease series this will be a familiar format of movement, dyads and sharing circle. With a few extra pieces to be shared later.

The photographer is the amazing Mark Benson supported by his lovely partner Tatiana. They will make their whole photo thing fade in to the background while we do our yoga…
