Cultivating Calm and Mindfulness

Children and teens benefit immensely from practicing yoga and mindfulness. Weekly sessions are designed to build experience and skills in a program that is tailored to the child's specific needs. We will meet to discuss physical, mental, and emotional considerations and identify and set goals together.

I am trained in ABA and have experience working with children of all ages and abilities, including children with ADHD, ASD, FASD, trauma, and chronic health issues. 

Rates: $30 for 30 mins (ages 5-11) 

           $60 for 60 mins (ages 12 -18)

COVID -19 protocol

Sessions can be in person with no touch and a mask, or online in my private Zoom account. Generally speaking, many practitioners offered online sessions pre COVID-19, so this modality transfers well to Zoom. 

NEW FOR 2020

8 WEEK MINDFUL MOVEMENT SERIES FOR TEENAGERS

This program is based on the Group Programs I have offered to adults for years. (See Group Program page for more info). 

This program provides a safe and supportive environment for teens to explore their emotions, mind and relationships using movement, meditation and a sharing circle. Each week we explore a different theme with particular emphasis on awareness and choice.

The skills learned in this class are empowering, and foster self love, self respect and self advocation.
