Mark 'Liilamaya' Benson has been offering Kirtan at Yoga By The Sea on Sunday nights for 16 years. An accomplished musician and singer, his music is guaranteed to make your soul sing!
Melissa 'Atma' Lyons is a Yoga Therapist, yoga teacher, breathwork facilitator and pranic healer. She has been holding sacred space for seekers at Yoga By The Sea for 12 years.
WHAT IS HEARTBREATH?
HeartBreath merges Conscious Circular Breathwork with heart field energetics. While working in the powerful force of the hearts electromagnetic field you can amplify and speed up your healing and wellness journey. Clients have told me that this 3-part open mouth holotropic breathwork style is easier and gentler then other styles, yet powerful and profound.
WHAT TO EXPECT?
Rest in the sounds of Liilamaya on vocals and guitar, both sounds activating resonance in the chambers of the heart. As we breathe and energize the body within the heartfield the sacred vibrations will open up new pathways for releasing what is stuck and make space for new potentials to be created. Rest in the clear and transcendental sounds of my crystal bowls during sivasana.
What you'll need
yoga mat, pillow/blanket, optional eye mask, water bottle, dress in layers as the body temperature drops during breathwork.

EVENT POLICIES
This sacred sound HeartBreath journey has limited availablity. Only 15 spots are available for bodies to lay down in the Moon Studio.
Cancellation prior to event
If you change your mind prior to the event and I have turned people away because of your expressed commitment, I will keep the payment. If there is a waitlist and someone will take your spot, I will refund the deposit.
Cancellation within 24hrs of event
If for any reason you stop or are unable to attend, your payment will not be refunded because it is too late for your spot to be filled.
