Melissa 'Atma' Lyons is a yoga therapist, yoga teacher, facilitator, breathwork guide and pranic healer. She has been holding sacred space for seekers at Yoga By The Sea for 12 years and as faculty for Phoenix Rising School of Yoga Therapy, and is passionate about supporting people through transformational somatic experiences. Her intention is to create and hold a sacred and safe container from where you can let go of all barriers, defenses and do your deep healing work. Integrating Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy and Pranic Healing in to her sessions brings a unique potency.
