I'm on a podcast

Kendra Tize, local RMT and cranio-sacral therapist is also host of Embodied Healing Journey podcast. Kendra is passionate about learning of all modalities and supports of people on the path of healing trauma. She invited me onto her show to talk about yoga therapy and how it supports people experiencing trauma. Our prelim conversation covered all the technicalities, so when we sat down to have the interview, what emerged was a very relaxed and natural conversation.

As you know, I believe our personal human stories to be our teachers. We all learn from our own and each others experiences; it's why our sharing circles are so powerful. Here you get to hear about mine. How I landed in yoga therapy, and why the embodied approach to therapy is so effective at helping people through suffering.
