I work with adults who carry a lot — responsibility, care for others, leadership roles, and often unspoken stress or grief.
My work is designed for people who are functional on the outside, but inwardly navigating burnout, overwhelm, life transitions, or a quiet sense that something needs to change.
I am not a one-size-fits-all wellness provider. I am a therapeutic guide offering trauma-aware, somatic, and psychologically informed support through structured, process-oriented programs.

I am a mirror through which a client see's what they hold deep within.
