Immerse yourself in a journey of self-discovery, as each breath becomes a stepping stone towards Finding Grace.

Grace is the quality we embody when we find the stillness in the chaos. It's what we practice when we consciously choose our responses and evoke gratitude for the multitude of experiences this life brings us: the painful and the joyful.

What to expect:

Movement will open up the energy pathways and bring a relaxed ease in preparation for the breathwork journey. The movement practice in this series will be a mix of yoga asana, fascia release, tapping and shaking.

HeartBreath techniques will offer you the portal to deep transformation. A safe and brave place to be with the experiences that are held in your body and psyche and the opportunity to release them through exhalations and body movement.

Sessions are infused with Pranic Healing and therapeutic touch guided by Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy both of which enhance your experience.

What to bring?

Yoga mat, eye mask, water bottle, journal, pen, comfy layered clothing for warmth as your body temperature will lower during the practice.

EVENT POLICIES

Finding Grace is a journey with limited availablity. Only 8 spots are available. All particpants must complete the health and info waiver prior to first class.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you change your mind prior to the event and I have turned people away because of your expressed commitment, the payment will not be refunded. If there is a waitlist and someone will take your spot, I will issue a refund.
