Over six weeks, HeartBreath will guide you through an incredible journey of uncovering and releasing the layers of tension that may have built up in your body over time. Each week is dedicated to delving deeper, allowing you to connect with your inner self and create lasting transformation.

Week 1: The Foundation - Learn the fundamentals of HeartBreath and establish a strong base for your journey.

Week 2: Emotions Unleashed - Release pent-up emotions and experience emotional freedom like never before.

Week 3: Body Liberation - Dissolve physical tension, bringing harmony and balance to your body.

Week 4: Inner Radiance - Tap into your heart’s radiant energy, and shine from the inside out.

Week 5: Self-Connection - Deepen your connection with your inner self and harness your true potential.

Week 6: Integration - Bring it all together, as you integrate the lessons learned throughout the series into your daily life.

Each week will include 30mins of intentionally sequenced movement, followed by HeartBreath, relaxation and journalling. By the end of the series you will have released a whole lot of cellular memory, without getting entangled in the story of how it came to be there. With the clearing of the cobwebs comings the renewal - new space for new potentials!

What to bring?

Yoga mat, eye mask, water bottle, journal, pen, comfy layered clothing for warmth as your body temperature will lower during the practice.
