About the Event
Mark 'Liilamaya' Benson has been offering Kirtan at Yoga By The Sea on Sunday nights for years.
Since I decided to offer HeartBreath to the community I have always wanted to offer it to the sound of live sacred music. Finally our calendars have collided and we can offer this beautiful event in the heart of Roberts Creek. Rest in the sounds of Liilamaya on vocals and guitar both sounds activating resonance in the chambers of the heart. As we breathe and energize the body within the heartfield the sacred vibrations will open up new pathways for releasing and space for new potentials to be created. Rest in the clear and transcendental sounds of my crystal bowls during sivasana.
