This mid-summer RE-SET is a gift of time and space to the Self.
Whether you have stayed committed to a personal practice this summer, or you have abandoned it in wild surrender to beach days and sunset cocktails, there is something to gain from pressing pause and recharging.
How often do you create silent space to listen to the whispers of your soul?
The practice of not speaking is known as 'Mauna' in Sanskrit. When we are not expressing outwardly, we allow our attention to turn inward to hear the narrative of the mind, to feel the subtle body sensations, and become attuned to a skillful place of witnessing. It's a practice that deeply anchors us to the present moment and can be profoundly revealing.

READY... SET... RE-SET
Is a safe and welcoming space to settle in to time with your Self. In this silent retreat, we will engage in a variety of therapeutic embodiment practices that support inner enquiry within a community framework. Dinner will be provided, and we will sit and mindfully eat together in silence. We will close our night with a sharing circle.
Our location of Mission Point, is a wonderful place to watch the sun go down, and if its warm, end with a cleansing swim.
This silent retreat is similar to the one offered in the Body Mind Wisdom 9-week series. If you have been curious about joining a group, this is a great introduction to our community.
