POSTPONED: Life Is Beautiful Fundraiser: in memory of Troy Guyot

JUNE IS ALS AWARENESS MONTH : We are a long way from a cure for ALS the disease that quickly took the life of our beloved Troy. 

I've known Troy since I was 22 years old! That laugh, that humour, that big brother hug. We travelled together, lived together, watched elections together. Journeyed through marriages, breakups, births and deaths. He saved my life one crazy night, and on another, I saved his. Its hard to reckon with his big strong body deteriorating and becoming immobile. This larger than life, quick witted, wise soul. 

Yet, to me Troy's always represented FREEDOM. He was born knowing how to live life on this earth in his own way. Sovereign to Himself. His soul has always been and will always be FREE. I love you my friend, brother, uncle to my kids.

In his honour and memory we gather together to celebrate!

Life! 

Movement! 

Being!  

by moving our bodies, by witnessing each moment, and practicing gratitude for the gift that life is.

We are joining Katherine and Kalijo Pilates' LIFE IS BEAUTIFUL fundraiser. Please donate to either ALS Society of B.C or Sunshine Coast Hospice Society and provide proof of your donation by checking the box at registration.

This event is limited to 20 in person spots and 20 online zoom.
